Start with a freshly washed, slightly damp face.
Mix a small portion of the scrub with water (or your favorite face oil) in your palm or a small bowl to form a smooth paste.
Spread a thin, even layer over your skin, avoiding the eyes and lips.
To use as a Mask: Allow the paste to sit for 5 to 10 minutes until it dries completely.
To use as a Scrub: Wet your hands and gently massage the mixture in circular motions to polish away dry patches.
Gently wash it off with lukewarm water using circular motions.
Pat your skin dry and immediately apply a serum or face oil to lock in the nutrients.
